Robert C. Sullivan
Robert Sullivan was born in Yonkers, New York. At the age of 11, he came to know Christ as his Savior while attending Daily Vacation Bible School at Bethany Chapel in Yonkers. Shortly thereafter, he joined the meeting and has been in fellowship ever since.
Rob is a graduate of Emmaus Bible College (Biblical Studies) and the University of Notre Dame (Finance and Business Economics). From 1996 thru 2014, he worked at Morgan Stanley, achieving the title of Executive Director and Information Risk Officer. His accomplishments include helping to launch the Information Security Office and the Information Risk Oversight functions and overseeing all security integration matters related to the Global Wealth Management Group’s merger with Smith Barney. During the Iraq War, he also served as liaison for the firm with the United States Marine Corps and its economic development programs in Iraq.
Rob joined the staff of Believers Stewardship Services in January of 2015 as President, after serving as a member of the Board of Directors since 2011.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys serving through leadership in various ministries. In 2003, Rob founded Christian Evidences Ministries, an apologetics and Bible-exposition-based ministry. Rob serves as President of the Board of Associates for Biblical Research, an archaeological and scientific society dedicated to demonstrating the historical reliability of the Bible. He is Board Chairman for School Ministries, Inc., an organization that helps local fellowships reach nearly 50,000 public school children with Bible teaching and Gospel truth. He serves as a Treasurer of the Perrin Foundation, a charitable trust supporting assembly-related ministries. And, Rob is a Trustee of the Stewards Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping assemblies obtain low-cost mortgages and assisting eligible, full-time commended workers and their families with their healthcare expenses. Rob is an avid skier and hiker (and he loves chocolate ice cream).
David M. Allison
Executive Vice President
David Allison was born in Angola, Africa in 1941 of Scottish missionary parents. After schooling in Northern Rhodesia (Zambia) and Southern Rhodesia (Zimbabwe), he became a certified Trust Officer with a large Trust Company, engaging in estate planning and accounting.
In 1975, he and his wife, Lorraine, and their son and daughter came to the USA for Dave to serve as Business Administrator of Emmaus Bible College. During his 16 years of service for the college, he felt burdened to start a Trust Service for assembly believers. In 2002, he incorporated Believers Stewardship Services, Inc., a ministry which assists and counsels believers in fulfilling their biblical stewardship goals, and served as its President until December 31, 2014. He currenlty servces as Executive Vice President.
Dave and Lorraine were commended to the Lord’s work in 1977 by their local assembly in Harare, Zimbabwe. Their children and eight grandchildren live in Dubuque, Iowa.
Executive Administrative Assistant
Lorraine Allison was born in Zimbabwe (formerly Rhodesia), Africa, and came to Emmaus Bible College with her husband, David, in 1975.
Together they have served the Lord for 40 plus years first at EBC and currently through the ministries of BSS.
Emanuela “Ella” Gentile, J.D.
Ella Gentile immigrated to the United States from Romania as a small child with her parents and grew up in Southern California. She and her family fellowshipped at Grace Bible Chapel, Fullerton, California.
In 2003, she graduated from UCLA with a B.A. degree in political science and history. In December of that same year, she married Jesse Gentile and moved to Florida where she attended law school and worked as a law clerk for the Children’s Advocacy Center and later the Florida Supreme Court. In 2007, Ella graduated from Florida State University College of Law, a top tier law school.
After graduating from law school, she began her career practicing with Attorney Philip A. Baumann, a highly regarded estate planning practitioner; later she practiced at her own firm in order to spend more time with her then small children. Then in 2013, Ella moved to California and, until recently, practiced estate planning at the Morgan Law Group – a premier Newport Beach, Orange County firm. After practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, and trust administration for over 8 years, Ella joined BSS as General Counsel in May of 2016.
Ella is the mother of two highly inquisitive children whom she teaches to love the Lord.
Megan MacLeod was born in McKinney, Texas, moving shortly thereafter with her family to Oak Park, Illinois, and then Dubuque, Iowa, where her father became a professor of theology at Emmaus Bible College. Megan graduated from the University of Iowa summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. Megan has assisted in the library of Emmaus Bible College for over a decade. She is also principal instructor at the Academy of Ballet in Dubuque, where she has taught since 2005.
Megan began working for BSS in March of 2017 as an Administrative Assistant.
Alex Solanki, CFA
Alex Solanki was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where her family attended Wauwatosa Bible Chapel. She was taught by her parents and at Sunday School about the Bible and the Lord Jesus. At a young age, Alex realized she was a sinner in need of a Savior and she put her faith in the Lord Jesus.
In 1999, Alex graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. She then worked for a financial institution in Washington, D.C., that specialized in foreign exchange. Alex returned to school at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) where she graduated in 2004 with a master’s degree in International Studies concentrating in International Finance. In 2007, Alex successfully became a charterholder of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.
While living in the D.C. area, Alex fellowshipped at New Hampshire Avenue Gospel Chapel where she met and married Neal Solanki. In 2004, Neal and Alex moved back to Milwaukee. Neal and Alex have two school-aged children who bring them much joy. Alex is happy to be back in fellowship at the assembly where she grew up. She is actively involved in the chapel and particularly enjoys working with the youth.
Alex joined BSS in 2017 with a background in financial analysis and experience in financial markets and community banking. She is happy to use her skills and experience to serve the Lord in strengthening the work in the assemblies.
Andrew C. Tuecke, CFP®
Chief Investment Officer and Financial Planner
Drew Tuecke, CFP® has a passion for helping believers put the pieces together. Clients are usually surprised to discover how meaningful and rewarding it is to receive his assistance in putting their financial house in order.
What is the thread of meaning that runs through your life, your family relationships, your job, your recreation, and your money? BSS has developed a process whereby we help believers find their place in God’s Story through stewardship in these areas. Drew enjoys working with individuals and entities who want to put Jesus Christ first in all things.
Drew received a BA in finance from the University of Northern Iowa (Summa Cum Laude) and is a CFP® licensee. Prior to becoming a financial planner, he was engaged in work as a Trust Officer, providing him with extensive experience in the areas of taxation and accounting.
Drew and his wife Beth homeschool their six children. They enjoy singing together, ministering in the community, and biking as well as canoeing, fishing, and camping along the Mississippi river.
Emily R. Morell, CPA
Emily Morell was born in Dubuque, IA. Her parents, Gil and Carolyn Vargas, moved to Spain as missionaries approximately a year after her birth. Emily had the privilege of growing up in Spain, learning Spanish at a young age and seeing the Lord work in Spain.
In 2006, Emily returned to the USA to attend Durham Technical Community College. After receiving a Spanish Community Facilitator Certificate and an Associate of Arts for University Transfer, Emily transferred to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) to complete a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an area of emphasis in International Business. Emily returned to UNC for her Master of Accounting, graduating in May of 2011.
After completing her masters and writing (and passing) the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam, Emily worked for KPMG as an Audit Associate for almost 2 years. Emily began working for Believers Stewardship Services in September of 2013.
Emily and her husband, Daniel, live in Wisconsin. She enjoys spending time with him, actively serving in her home assembly, and traveling abroad.
